Valley Congressman Raul Ruiz has invited a special guest to join him tonight at the State of the Union address.

Ronnie Imel is a decorated Vietnam Veteran, who has made helping veterans his life's work.

News Channel 3's Peter Daut spoke with Imel today from Washington D.C.
