Suspected DUI driver arrested after pursuit from Beaumont to Coachella Valley

INDIO, Calif. (KUNA) -La ciudad de Indio se aproxima a tener 100 mil habitantes, esto puede traducirse en una mayor necesidad de recursos y servicios para la comunidad. El crecimiento poblacional ha exigido una reestructuración en algunos de los principales edificios del centro cívico, entre ellos se encuentra el edificio del ayuntamiento, junto a el se ubica la nueva biblioteca pública, que como en muchas ciudades puede atraer a la población sin hogar, ya que en ella pueden encontrar refugio de altas o bajas temperaturas, baños, agua, internet y demás servicios, situación que podría no compaginar con la idea de embellecer el centro cívico y aumentar la economía del mismo.
