Jim Serven steps down as head basketball coach at Palm Desert
Longtime basketball bench boss, Jim Serven has called it quits as head basketball coach for the Aztecs.
Serven told Sports Director Blake Arthur, "it's just the right time for me to step down and take a break."
Serven served for many years in the basketball department and at different levels of the program, including JV and girls basketball.
He will continue to stay with the softball team, carrying out duties as head coach for the Aztecs.
