Indio Toddler Dead After Drowning In Backyard Pool
Firefighters and police responded to a call of a toddler drowning Saturday night around 6 p.m, at a home on the 45-800 block of Palm Meadows Drive in Indio.
First responders found the 3 year-old girl unconscious.
They performed CPR and took her to JFK Memorial Hospital, where she later died.
Police believe the incident was an accident, but they are continuing to investigate exactly what happened.
