Montgomery also confirms to News Channel 3 that he's reached a decision on whether to reinstate a former officer who was terminated which has led to some of the allegations, including that Indio Police Chief Mike Washburn lied during a disciplinary hearing.
Montgomery says he can't reveal what that decision is.

News Channel 3 has reached out to the Indio Police Officer's Association for comment.
