Cabazon Elementary Welcomes New ‘Dino’

The newest version of the Cabazon Elementary School mascot will be dedicated Friday morning.

It was back in January when vandals broke into the school causing thousands of dollars of damage.

Perhaps the most emotional loss was the school’s dinosaur mascot.

The community raised nearly $4,000 to rebuild it.

A new dinosaur was delivered to the school last week, and will be dedicated during an assembly Friday morning.
