Missing Palm Springs man found

According to Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, a hiker found Mr. Valladares up in Pinyon Pines and Mountain Center area. The hiker then drove him to a fire station on Highway 74, and deputies confirmed it was him. He was then taken to a local hospital, for possible dehydration and observation.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department were searching for an at risk man who’s been missing for more than a week. Sheriff’s deputies were searching the mountains just south of Palm Desert for 34-year old Juan Pedro Valladares. His cell phone and red Toyota were found along Highway 74 in pinyon pines. The car had been left at the “Cahuilla Tewanet Vista Point” several days ago.
