Wednesday morning’s quake struck during broadcast of CBS Local 2 This Morning
CBS Local 2 Meteorologist Jeff Forgeron kept his cool when the earthquake shook the Coachella Valley Wednesday morning.
The quake struck at 6:42 while Forgeron was presenting his weather forecast.
Jeff accurately estimated the magnitude at somewhere between 4.0 and 5.0 before CBS Local 2 received confirmation of the quakes actual size of 4.5 from the U.S. Geological Survey.
