Authorities were asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman from Rancho Mirage who remained missing Tuesday morning.

52-year-old Kerry Anne Bresnahan, a resident within the Sunrise Country Club in Rancho Mirage, was last seen inside the complex at about 1:15 p.m. Monday afternoon.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department dispatched a helicopter and a scent-tracking bloodhound to the area to find Bresnahan but she was not found, according to a press release from the Sheriff’s Department.

Bresnahan is described as a white female adult with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. She is about 5’4″ tall and weighs about 95 pounds.

The press release states that witnesses did see Bresnahan in the area, but could not recall what she was wearing other than a large floppy basket-weave style hat similar to one in the photograph.

Authorities are still investigating why Bresnahan may have left the location.

Anyone with any information regarding this case is encouraged to call the Rancho Mirage Police at (760) 836-1600 or 9-1-1 if located.
