Part of Ramon Road closes due to fire in Palm Springs
The Palm Springs Police Department has announced that Ramon Road is now open between Avenida Evelita and Paseo Dorotea after a fire shut down roads for about three hours Saturday evening.
The fire has been put out by crews and the area surrounding the scene has been cleared.
PSPD sent out an alert just after 6:15 about the closure.
News Channel 3 reached out to the Palm Springs Fire Department for additional information.
No word yet on a cause behind the incident.
