Conflicting perspectives on Israel-Hamas war at separate Coachella Valley events Thursday

Two separate events being held in Coachella Valley are bringing different perspectives on the Israel-Hamas war.
A pro-Palestine rally is set for Thursday night in Palm Springs. News Channel 3 has reached out to organizers who have not been available for an interview.
A poster for the event reads in part "Gaza, Gaza, don't you cry. Palestine will never die." News Channel 3 reached Rabbi Steven Rosenberg from Temple Isaiah ahead of the rally. He said of rallies, "When they do the chant, from the river to the sea, it is a chant to obliterate Israel, and Jews and Israelis find that offensive and very scary."
That pro-Palestine gathering is being held on the same day as the 85th anniversary of Kristallnacht.
Kristallnacht, also known as the "Night of Broken Glass" remembers November 9, 1938, when Nazis terrorized Jews throughout Germany and Austria.
The Jewish Federation of the Desert and Mensch International Foundation are bringing speakers and Holocaust survivors together in Palm Desert to share their stories and spread awareness.

They are also reflecting on the continued conflict in the Israel-Hamas war.
News Channel 3 will be at both events today. Watch News Channel 3 starting at 5:00 for updates and new developments.
