ShortFest returns to Palm Springs, 310 films to be screened at The Regal Theater
ShortFest begins tonight!
The festival is returning to Palm Springs for its 30th year.
The week long short film festival will feature over 300 films this year that were produced around the world.
Films are all shorter than 40 minutes, and some are as short as one minute.
