Palm Springs Citibank robbed for the second time since October

Palm Springs Police are responding to a robbery that occurred at the Citibank on E Palm Canyon.

The robbery occurred just before 4 p.m. at the Citibank on 1675 E. Palm Canyon Drive. Police said the suspect displayed a handgun in his waistband. He was last seen walking southbound from the bank.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic Male Adult 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black baseball hat, gray long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and a black gator-style face covering.

PSPD and the local FBI are working to identify the suspect in this robbery. Anyone with information is asked to call 760-327-1441 or CrimeStoppers at 760-341-7867

This same Citibank was robbed on Oct. 29. There was no word on arrest in this earlier robbery.
