A low pressure system will be moving down south through the weekend bringing cold air and wet weather across the Western United States.
San Bernardino and Riverside county mountains can anticipate accumulation of a few inches of snow on Sunday. A few light showers will pass over parts of the desert but accumulation will be minimal.
The biggest impact to the Coachella Valley will be strong west winds on Sunday, gusts up to 40 MPH, and a significant drop in temperatures with highs only in the 60s Sunday and Monday.
