Car crashes into side of building in Indio
Police are investigating a collision in Indio, when a car that crashed into a building early Thursday morning.
Indio Police got the call around 1:30 a.m. that a vehicle collided into the building located at Madison and Highway 111, causing significant damage.
The driver was gone when they arrived on scene, according to Sgt. Dan Marshall, Indio PD.
The collision severed a power pole and IID had to respond to the scene to shut off power.
Based on the position of the vehicle, the car had to be left at the scene for some time, until the building inspector responded.
