Wake up to wrestling every Saturday morning
People here in the Coachella Valley and across the country can now wake up to wrestling on Saturday mornings.
Championship Wrestling from Hollywood now airs on KESQ & CBS Local 2 sister station the CW every Saturday at 7 a.m.
For about eight years, Championship Wrestling from Hollywood has been on television screens in Los Angeles.“The stories are really good the athleticism is crazy and it’s just an all-around great time,” said David Marquez, owner of Championship Wrestling from Hollywood.
With viewers from coast-to-coast watching, the company has attracted some of the the biggest names in the wrestling business, like NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Tim Storm and NWA owner Willam Patrick Corgan.
“The only thing I have ever wanted to do is wrestle. To do it at such a high level against such great talent at a great promotion, the whole thing is just incredible,” Storm said.“I love professional wrestling. I love the people in it, and it’s a place where I can be myself, where maybe music doesn’t always allow me to be. I’m under a lot of scrutiny in music, where in wrestling, I get to work behind the scenes and really help people chasing their dreams,” Corgan said. Corgan is arguably best known for being the lead singer for the Smashing Pumpkins.
Big moves and bigger personalities, on a family friendly program everyone can wake up to and enjoy. Championship Wrestling from Hollywood is on every Saturday morning at 7 a.m. on the CW.
