Firefighters contain fire at a mobile home in Indio
Cal Fire crews were able to quickly contain a structure fire at a mobile home in Indio Thursday afternoon.
The fire was reported at around 5:30 p.m. on the 44700 block of Palm Street.
There were multiple reports of heavy black smoke from the residence, authorities said.
Firefighters said an exterior fire spread to a single-wide mobile home. The fire was contained by 5:49 p.m.
