Deputies investigating shooting in Coachella

The Riverside County Sheriff's Department is investigating a shooting in Coachella Thursday night.

Deputies received reports of shots fired in the area of 2nd Street and Vine Avenue at approximately 8:07 p.m.

Deputies at the scene did not find any victims or suspects, they did locate evidence of a shooting. 2nd and Vine will be closed for up to 2 hours as deputies investigate the scene.
