Fire Officials On Scene At Eisenhower Medical Center

Fire crews are investigating smoke and a possible fire at a surgery room at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, officials said Wednesday.

Initial reports indicated a two-alarm fire at the medical center at around 1:40 p.m but that was not confirmed.

CalFire officials could only say that they are investigating and no evacuations were ordered.
