Human Remains Found In Banning
CHERRYVALLEY-Investigators will be back out near Banning, today, trying to identify human remains found there yesterday afternoon.
The riverside county sheriff’s department sayssome young peopleriding off-road motorcycles found a skull and other parts of a human skeleton.
They made the discovery in a hilly area near Roberts Street in Cherry Valley around 3:30pm.
Investigators are calling it a suspicious death. They say the remains have been there for a while.
They weren’t immediately able to identify the age, gender or race or a cause of death.
