Major Cleanup Costs After Vandals Hit Cabazon Elementary School
CABAZON – Cleanup costs will be significant after Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies say Cabazon Elementary School was hit by vandals overnight.
Alarms at the school went off at 2:40am, and deputies arrived to find the outside of the school had been tagged with gang-type graffiti.
Several objects, including lunch tables, statues, potted plants, and concrete trash cans had been destroyed and thrown around the campus.
The suspects also broke into a classroom and the school library, where they ransacked the areas and tagged them.
