One Injured In Beaumont Crash

At least one person was hurt today when a vehicle went over the side of a roadway and down an embankment in Beaumont, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash on Jack Rabbit Trail at state Route 60 was reported at 5:50 a.m., the CHP reported. A vehicle went down a 15-foot embankment, according to the CHP. At least one person was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries, the CHP reported. The cause of the accident was under investigation.
