Car Crash Sends Two To Hospital In Serious Condition
Two people are seriously hurt after a car crash in La Quinta Saturday morning.
It happened just after 7:30, at the intersection of Washington and Calle Tampico.
Police say a car ran a red light and broadsided another car. Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to rescue the victims.
Two people in the car that ran the light were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The driver in the other car sustained only minor injuries.
County Sheriffs are investigating.
