Moreno Valley Walmart evacuated after man enters store possibly carrying gun

Authorities have evacuated a Wal-Mart in Southern California after shoppers say they saw a man dressed in camouflage enter the store with what appeared to be an assault rifle or shotgun.
Riverside County sheriff’s Deputy Joshua Morales says witnesses said that just before 6 a.m. Monday the man walked into the store and asked to speak to a manager. Witnesses told investigators the man was carrying a weapon, but authorities are unsure if it was real or a replica.
There were no shots fired and no reports of any injuries. Nothing was stolen from the store.
Morales says it’s unclear if the man spoke to the manager. Investigators are looking for the man and the store was evacuated as a precaution.
Moreno Valley is 60 miles east of Los Angeles.
