Jurupa Valley man arrested for lewd acts against minors

Just after 2:00pm on Friday, Riverside County Sheriffs deputies were called out to a store on the 8000 block of Limonite Ave in Jurupa Valley, for a white male adult committing lewd and lascivious acts with two females under the age of 14 years old.

The females notified store management, who contacted law enforcement.

The suspect was briefly detained by a security guard before running away east on Limonite Ave.

Deputies saw a male matching the suspect’s description running east on Limonite Ave. and detained the suspect without incident.

The suspect was identified as 22-year-old Brandon Alan Dimmitt, who is a resident of Jurupa Valley.

Dimmitt is also a suspect in a similar incident that occurred at the same store on March 25, 2013.

Dimmitt was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on three counts of Lewd and Lascivious acts with persons under 14 years old and a probation violation with bail set at $110,000.00.
