Travel Update: Traffic easing on Westbound I-10

Traffic is now moving smoothly through the Coachella Valley after long back-ups earlier Monday night on the Westbound side of Interstate 10.

Google Maps shows the drive time into San Bernardino at just under one hour from the middle of the valley as of 10 p.m. Monday night. The drive time into Los Angeles is down to under 2 hours.

Millions of Southern Californians traveled by car for the Memorial Day weekend and while drive times are much improved, drivers should expect the possibility of delays.
