Overnight shooting reported in Bermuda Dunes
Nobody was hurt, but police were investigating an overnight shooting in Bermuda Dunes late Thursday that brought a large response and a helicopter circling overhead.
The Riverside County Sheriffs Department says it recieved several calls reporting gunshots in a residential neighborhod near Avenue 42 and Lima Hall at around 10:30 p.m.
That’s about a mile east of Washington Street and just west of Adams Street.
Deputies say it did not appear anyone was hit or injured, but an investigation continues.
