Missing woman reunited with her family
A 75-year-old Indio woman who suffers from dementia was reunited with her family after she went missing for about a day, authorities said Thursday.
Clara Sevilla went missing around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. She has walked away before but had always been located within a couple of hours.
Sevilla was found in good health in La Quinta at about 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, according to Sgt. Dan Marshall with the Indio Police Department. How she got from Indio to La Quinta wasn’t revealed.
