Spike in gas prices largest since late November

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire was up by the largest amount since Nov. 25 today, rising four-tenths of a cent to $3.55.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties had dropped 70 times in 75 days until being unchanged on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It fell one-tenth of a cent on Monday and rose one-tenth of a cent on Tuesday.
The average price is 1.9 cents less than one week ago and 22.6 cents lower than one month ago, but 1.8 cents more than one year ago.
