Pedestrian struck by car in Desert Hot Springs

Police are investigating a crash in Desert Hot Springs.

Officers were called to the intersection of Palm Drive and Buena Vista Avenue around 10 p.m. on Friday. They found a 57-year-old man lying in the roadway. He was taken to Desert Regional Medical Center for medical treatment. There is no word on his condition.

The driver remained on scene and cooperated with police.
