Crews work to reopen all roads in Palm Springs
Palm Springs police have reopened most of the roads that were closed due to rain and flooding damage over the weekend, but crews are still working to reopen N. Indiany Canyon Drive and Araby Drive at the wash.
Officers said they reopened N. Gene Autry Trail at the wash, Cathedral Canyon Drive at the wash, and Golf Club Drive at about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday.
But, N. Indian Canyon Drive, Vista Chino and Araby Drive are all still closed at the wash as of Thursday afternoon.
Any roads reopening at this time should help ease traffic on Ramon Road, which has been heavily traveled following the road closures from the weekend’s storm.
KESQ News Channel 3 and CBS Local 2 will post updates when the remaining roads are back open.

Indian Canyon, Gene Autry Trail, Vista Chino and Araby are all closed at the wash after several hours of rain fell in the Coachella Valley flooding the wash areas that run through the valley.
Cathedral Canyon is also shut down at the wash in Cathedral City. KESQ and CBS Local 2 will keep you updated on air and online as the storm continues to make its way into the Coachella Valley.
