The River shopping center is up for sale
“The River” shopping complex in Rancho Mirage is up for sale, News Channel 3 has confirmed.
The realtor representing CheerLand Investment Group, LLC, the owners of “The River,” would not elaborate further but we do know a number of tenants have left or are leaving the 230,000 square foot retail facility on Highway 111.
Tuesday we reported the Starbucks in the complex would be closing this coming Sunday.

Currently, at least six retail spaces are empty and only 10 major tenants occupy the complex.
