Ruiz, Perez ‘shocked’ by sudden dismissal of Desert Healthcare District CEO, ask Board to reconsider

Desert Healthcare District (DHCD) announced Monday morning that Dr. Conrado Bárzaga will no longer serve as their CEO. Local elected leaders quickly came to Dr. Bárzaga’s defense.
