Rancho Mirage restaurant evacuated after a kitchen fire
A restaurant was evacuated after a kitchen fire Monday morning in Rancho Mirage.
The fire was reported at around 11:00 a.m. at Francesco's Cafe near the corner of Dinah Shore and Bob Hope.
According to CAL FIRE, firefighters arrived at the scene and located heavy smoke from a single-story commercial strip mall. Firefighters located a kitchen fire in a restaurant.
The fire was quickly knocked down.
