Local businesses struggle to find workers, so what are they doing about it?

The ongoing worker shortage is having a big impact on our lives and affecting nearly every industry in the valley. So how did we get here and what are businesses now doing about it?

News Channel 3's Peter Daut goes in-depth on the issue, breaking down the numbers and speaking with business owners who say finding workers has been a real challenge.

"I've never seen anything like it. It's really difficult," said Frank Billante, owner of Right at Home.

Now, some business owners are taking matters into their own hands and coming up with creative ways to get around the worker shortage.
