Heat intensifies through midweek

Highs will climb today, heading into the lower one-teens through the week and into the weekend. We remain under an Extreme Heat Warning until Friday evening, and that warning has expanded. Highs today will hit 113 and be even hotter tomorrow. Humidity was heavy yesterday, but began to dry out a bit late last night.
