The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the Apple and El Dorado Burn scar areas in the San Gorgonio Pass due to a small but powerful storm North of Banning dropping heavy rain. The Warning is expected to last until 4:30 as other storms also develop nearby during the persistent humidity.
